RESUMO Orientado pelo materialismo histórico-dialético, investigamos a "hostilidade para com a teoria" nos Estudos do Lazer (EL) no século XXI, em um estudo teórico que se vale da análise bibliográfica. Para isso, analisamos a produção de alguns dos mais influentes autores brasileiros do período e o renovado debate sobre a origem do lazer.
ABSTRACT Guided by historical-dialectical materialism, we investigate "hostility to theory" in leisure studies (le) in the 21st century, in a theoretical study that resorts to bibliographical analysis. to do so, we analyze the production of some of the most influential brazilian authors in the period and the reinvigorated debate on the origin of leisure.
RESUMEM Guiados por el materialismo histórico-dialéctico, investigamos la "hostilidad a lo teórico" en los Estudios de Ocio (EL) en el siglo XXI, en un estudio teórico que recurre al análisis bibliográfico. Para ello, analizamos la producción de algunos de los autores brasileños más influyentes del período y el renovado debate sobre el origen del ocio.
RESUMO
Apresentamos nesse artigo uma análise das ações federais durante a pandemia, tais como a MP 927 e 936/2020 e de suas conexões com tendências postas desde a contrarreforma trabalhista de 2017. Identificamos que a pandemia acelera a ofensiva sobre o "tempo livre" dos trabalhadores brasileiros mediante o avanço do desemprego e da precarização das relações de trabalho. Agregamos a essa análise uma interpretação da crise atual em suas dimensões sanitária, econômica e social com o objetivo de indicar as características assumidas pelo lazer durante a pandemia na perspectiva do (não) direito social, da produção e consumo de bens culturais, do entretenimento e do turismo.
In this article, we present an analysis of federal actions during the pandemic, such as MP 927 and 936/2020 and their connections with trends set since the 2017 Labor Reform. We identified that the pandemic accelerates the offensive on the "free time" of Brazilian workers through the advance of unemployment and precarious working relationships. We add to this analysis an interpretation of the current crisis in its sanitary, economic and social dimensions for the purpose of indicate some characteristics assumed by leisure during the pandemic from the perspective of (non) social rights, the production and consumption of cultural objects, entertainment and of tourism.

O problema investigativo que dá origem a este texto relaciona-se à antinomia lazer e trabalho, considerando nesta relação o tema da liberdade e analisando-o à luz da ontologia do ser social. Pretende demonstrar a importância da impostação ontológica de Lukács para a reflexão sobre liberdade e necessidade. Assim, busca apontar como o lazer se configura no discurso dos autores que o perspectivam como um tempo de fruição da liberdade, para, num segundo momento, discutir a centralidade ontológica do trabalho e ajuizar a indissociabilidade entre liberdade e necessidade.
The research problem that gives rise to this text relates to the antinomy leisure and work, given this relationship the subject of freedom and analyzing it in light of the ontology of social being. Want to show the importance of the ontology of Lukács impostação for reflection on freedom and necessity. Thus, the search point as leisure is set in the speech of the authors that forward as a time of enjoyment of liberty, for, second, to discuss the ontological centrality of the work and judge the inseparability between freedom and necessity.
